"First thing is first I've imported fish from several different companies including large wholesalers by far the best packaging I've ever seen everything arrived From New York to Chicago priority overnight in pristine condition. From over The top bagging practices to avoid leaks to the care in the packaging shows definitely sticking with these guys going forward they got me three high-end angelfish and all of them arrived in great condition and healthythese guys do not mess around they have marine biologist in house and take serious precautions to provide healthy fish. they definitely know their business, super responsive, super attentive and overall great to deal with 20 out of 10"

"Have always received extremely healthy fish. All have been fat and have no issues eating, even tricky ones like CBB’s. I’ve gotten fish from them about 10 times and all have been healthy. And when mistakes in shipping happen that are out of their control they are still quick to offer credit. My new gem tang is already eating in quarantine less than 6 hours after arriving."

"DO NOT. I REPEAT. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS FACILITY!!!!!!!!! I ordered two animals from this company. I drove 2 hours one way to pick them up. Upon arrival of the facility everything was rushed. The interior of this facility can only be described as chaos and disorder. Red flags everywhere were ignored by my foolish self. This place is by far the definition of a one stop chop shop(as a previous review states. Perfect description by the way). I wish I would have read the reviews before shopping....... List, sell and ship the most volume is this companies mantra. I only could pick up one animal since they couldn't locate the other. The fish we purchased died literally 5 hrs later.... I'm at a 300 dollar loss at this point and more aggravated with the fact my time and energy have been wasted tyen my money. Disgusted."
